1. Type and Nature of Bets

1.1. Fatbet reserves the right to determine the markets it offers, the events or contingencies for which it accepts bets, and the types of bets available. Fatbet is not obligated to accept any bet or bet type and may refuse bets without explanation.

1.2. Fatbet may set minimum or maximum stake amounts for markets, either generally or specifically. Customers should inquire about applicable minimum or maximum amounts before placing bets.

1.3. Fatbet may establish minimum and/or maximum amounts that customers can win or lose on a bet, either generally or specifically. Customers should verify the applicable limits for a particular bet or market.

1.4. Fatbet may, at its discretion, offer "in running markets" that allow customers to place bets during an event. However, Fatbet will not be held responsible for any interruption or disruption of such in-play markets.

1.5. The size and nature of bets with Fatbet will be determined solely by Fatbet. Customers should inquire about the minimum and maximum bet amounts before placing a bet.

1.6. The maximum amount any single customer can win from all bets placed with Fatbet on a given day is subject to limits and will not exceed 15 million rands for lotto/numbers.

1.7. By using the Online Sports Betting facilities on the Fatbet website, the Tele- betting service, or placing a bet in one of our retail stores, you acknowledge the risk of losing money and accept full responsibility for any losses.

2. Acceptance of Bets

2.1. Customers must place their bets via the internet, mobile betting platform, telephone, or other electronic media specified by Fatbet. Bets made through unauthorized mediums will not be accepted unless otherwise advertised or agreed by Fatbet.

2.2. A valid gambling contract between Fatbet and the Customer will only be formed when a bet is accepted and confirmed by a Fatbet employee located at licensed Fatbet premises. All bets will be subject to these Terms and Conditions/Terms of Trade.

2.3. Fatbet has the discretion to accept or reject a bet.

2.4. Customers authorize and consent to the recording of telephone conversations or electronic communications related to bets by Fatbet for record-keeping purposes. Fatbet may use these recordings for dispute resolution, litigation, or other lawful purposes.

2.5. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accurate placement and recording of bets by Fatbet. Fatbet may provide confirmation of a bet upon reasonable request. In the case of incorrectly captured or missed bets, the maximum payout will be R50,000.00, subject to agreement by Fatbet.

2.6. Fatbet can accept bets during normal business hours and at other times determined by Fatbet.

2.7. Customers are solely responsible for understanding the rules applicable to the market in which they wish to place a bet.

2.8. Placing a bet indicates the customer's acceptance of Fatbet rules and Terms and Conditions.

2.9. Fatbet reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing an explanation. Erroneously accepted bets exceeding the limits may be adjusted at Fatbet's discretion.

2.10. Fatbet strives for accuracy in announcing teams/players/venues, publishing prices, off-times, and results. However, in the event of an error, Fatbet cannot be held responsible and reserves the right to correct any errors. In the case of price-related errors, a general market average price will be used.

2.11. Bets not substantiated by Fatbet betting terminals or tape-recording machines will not be recognized.

2.12. Fatbet cannot guarantee the payment or correction of errors brought to their attention more than 3 months after the official result of the last selection on the bet.

2.13. For all bets, settlement will be based on the time recorded on the Fatbet betting terminals.

2.14. Bets accepted after the start of an event and not marked as in-play will be void. Any bets placed on known results will be canceled by Fatbet.

2.15. Additional or new markets may be introduced by Fatbet, and customers should refer to the applicable "Market Rules" before placing bets. If no specific market rules are available, standard industry betting rules will apply to settlement.

2.16. By offering to place a bet with Fatbet, customers represent and warrant that they are not prohibited by their employment contract or any rules of a sport governing body from entering into the bet.

2.17. If Fatbet suspects or has reason to believe that a customer is using an assumed name (betting under a pseudonym) with or without permission, all stakes related to such bets will be forfeited, and Fatbet will not be obliged to pay any winnings. The customer bears the burden of proving the validity of the bet.

2.18. Fatbet reserves the right to freeze accounts it deems suspicious pending investigation by the relevant authorities, including Revenue Services, FIC investigators, Lotteries Board personnel, and personal verification by Fatbet or its appointed agents.

3. Correction of Errors

3.1. Fatbet reserves the right to correct any errors in odds or sports betting handicaps at any time. Corrected odds or handicaps, determined at Fatbet's sole discretion, will be substituted for the original prices, regardless of whether the bet has been placed. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the corrected odds or handicaps.

3.2. Fatbet reserves the right to correct results that were previously processed and paid incorrectly. Fatbet may adjust incorrectly credited winnings in customer accounts or deduct incorrectly paid winnings in cash. Customers authorize Fatbet to make such adjustments and waive any claims arising from incorrect payments.

3.3. Errors in venue, time, date, team composition, identity of competitors, or results of past events will not entitle customers to a refund or void the affected bets.

4. Dead Heat

4.1. In the event of a tie (dead heat) where Fatbet did not offer odds for such an outcome, bets will be paid at the face value of the ticket divided by the number of competitors tying for the placing. Place ties will only be paid if place betting was available, and the winnings will be calculated accordingly. In horse racing, the stake will be split by the number of other horses in the dead heat, multiplied by the odds, and the balance of the stake will be lost. Dead heat rules will be applied according to the relevant Gambling Board legislation.

4.2. If Fatbet offered odds for a tie (dead heat), all win and/or place bets will be losers, and the draw option will be paid as the winner.

4.3. The above dead heat rules apply to all sports/events and bets, except where specific sports betting rules dictate otherwise.

5. Suspension of Markets

5.1. Fatbet reserves the right to suspend a market at any time. During a market suspension, any bets placed will be rejected, and accepted bets will be considered void.

6. Official Starting Time

6.1. The official starting time for any event is determined by the controlling body responsible for that specific event.

7. Results

7.1. Fatbet will accept and announce the result of an event based on the first official result declared by the relevant authority. This decision will stand, regardless of any subsequent revocation or disqualification of the result.

8. Special Events

8.1. All special events offered for betting by Fatbet, even if outside the realm of traditional sports, will be considered as sporting events. The general Terms and Conditions related to sports betting, along with any specific rules for the particular discipline, will apply to bets placed on special events.

9. Sports Betting

9.1. For all sports betting, excluding horse racing, the terms and conditions applicable to horse racing bets will apply to any circumstances not covered by the specific rules of the respective sport.

10. Maximum Winning

10.1. The term "Customer" refers to an individual customer, bettor, punter, or a group of customers or people acting collectively, as determined solely by Fatbet.

10.2. If multiple bets containing the same selections are placed by different customers, and Fatbet has reason to believe that these bets originated from the same customer, a customer syndicate, or a group of people acting in conjunction with each other, as determined solely by Fatbet, the total winnings payable for those bets may be limited to the maximum amount a single customer can win in one day's trading. The maximum limit is set at R2,000,000.00 (Two Million Rand), subject to the exceptions mentioned above. Fatbet retains the sole discretion to determine whether a bet has been placed by a nominee or on behalf of a single customer, and its decision in this regard is final and binding.

10.3. When bets are placed on different days for an event or events taking place on the same day, the maximum amount a customer can win in one day's trading is determined by the day when the final event/market is resolved. The limit is set at R2,000,000.00 (Two Million Rand) per customer per day per event, subject to the exceptions mentioned above.

10.4. In the case of a soccer multiple bet with seven or more legs, including an event from another sport or horse racing, the maximum winning category will be determined based on the sport or horse racing category.

10.5. Fatbet will accept bets exceeding the payout limit, whether they are winning or losing bets. However, payouts will be subject to the prescribed payout limits. Fatbet has the right to increase or decrease daily , weekly and monthly payout limits without cause or notice.

10.6. Withdrawal requests will be processed between 24 and 72 hours.

10.6.1. Minimum withdrawal amount R100.00 (withdrawal requests under R100.00 will be declined).

10.6.2. The following are required when requesting a withdrawal: Name, Surname, DOB, Email, Phone Number, ID Number.

10.6.3. The maximum allowed number of simultaneous withdrawal requests is two.

10.6.4. The maximum allowed sum of active withdrawals is R10,000.00

10.6.5 The maximum withdrawals allowed are: Day: 2 Week: 5 Month: 10

10.7. Withdrawal Payout Limits (excluding Aviator)

10.7.1. Maximum Daily withdrawal limit per user is up to R10,000.00.

10.7.2. Maximum Weekly withdrawal limit per user is up to R20,000.00.

10.7.3. Maximum Monthly withdrawal limit per user is up to R100,000.00.

10.8. Aviator Payout Limits

10.8.1. Maximum payout limit on Aviator is up to R150,000.00.

10.8.2. Maximum Daily withdrawal limit per user is up to R10,000.00.

10.8.3. Maximum Weekly withdrawal limit per user is up to R15,000.00.

10.8.4. Maximum Monthly withdrawal limit per user is up to R100,000.00.

10.8.5. Maximum Annual withdrawal limit per user is up R250,000.00.

10.9. Instant Money Withdrawal Limits

10.9.1. For Instant money, imali or ewallet withdrawal requests, the withdrawal limit is R2500.00 per day and R25 000.00 in a calendar month.

10.10. A withdrawal will be processed once the full amount of the deposit has been rolled over twice in the regular wallet. Should the bonus winnings not be rolled over at the correct odds with the 24 hours, the bonus winnings will be forfeited. Bonus winnings will be immediately forfeited if the bonus winnings is rolled over at odds under 2.8.

10.11. Fatbet has the right to change the daily, weekly, monthly and annual payout amounts at any time without cause or prior notification.

10.12. Fatbet has the right to place withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours to verify the winnings with the relevant parties.

10.13. Fatbet has a maximum payout of R250,000.00 per user per annum.

10.14. The full amount of the deposit is required to be rolled over once before the funds are withdrawal.

10.15. Once a withdrawal has been approved, funds from this withdrawal cannot be wagered on any game. Any winnings that have been acquired from an approved withdrawal will not be paid out.

10.16. The total amount of all deposits and Cashbacks (including Sky Captain Cashbacks) are required to be rolled over four before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed with the rollover requirements are not met.

10.17. Fatbet has the right to limit payout amounts at its sole discretion should there be multiple withdrawal requests from users with the same IP Address.

10.18. Players are allowed to register only one betting account on the system. Should a player be found to have multiple accounts, all withdrawal requests will be rejected. Additionally, the account will undergo an audit, and this may lead to the forfeiture of the withdrawal

10.19. A valid passport is accepted for all cryptocurrency transactions. Please note, Fatbet is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.

10.20. Players are permitted to register only one betting account. If a player is found to have multiple accounts, winnings may be forfeited.

10.21. Fatbet General Terms and Conditions apply as necessary, and the company reserves all rights regarding this policy.

11. Related Bets

11.1. Fatbet will not accept any related bets where the outcome of one part of the bet influences or determines another part of the bet. If a related bet is mistakenly accepted, the stake of the single bet will be divided and equally applied to the respective events included in the bet. Fatbet retains the sole discretion to determine if a bet is a related bet, and its decision in this regard is final and binding.

12. Multiple Bets

12.1. In the event that any selection in a multiple bet becomes void, the stake placed on that part of the bet will be transferred to the remaining selections within the multiple bet, while the remaining selections will stand. For instance, if one match in a quadruple bet becomes void, the bet will be considered a treble. If only one bet from a multiple bet remains, it will stand as a single bet.

12.2. Multiple bets where two legs of the bet relate to the same individual event will not be accepted. For example, if one leg of a double bet is for Rosberg to qualify in pole position for the Monza Grand Prix and the second leg is for him to win the Monza Grand Prix, these two bets will be deemed connected as they relate to the same race. If any such bets are mistakenly accepted by Fatbet, the stakes will be evenly divided among the connected selections.

13. Payment in Respect of a Bet

13.1. When completing the application form, the Customer must indicate the following:

13.1.1. The Customer's preference to bet against a cash deposit placed with Fatbet or an amount of cash to be debited by Fatbet from the Customer's credit card account. The Customer acknowledges that such deposit serves as security for any potential amounts owing by the Customer to Fatbet arising from the agreement referred to in clause 2.1 or any placed bets.

13.1.2. The Customer shall not, under any circumstances, place a bet or attempt to place a bet that, when combined with any other outstanding bets, exceeds the Customer's credit balance with Fatbet or the Customer's credit card company or the net amount on deposit with Fatbet (after adjusting for taxes, winnings, and losses up to the time of the bet placement). It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure, prior to placing a bet, that their credit balance or cash deposit will not be exceeded. If Fatbet accepts such a bet, it reserves the right to honor or refund the stake of the bet, irrespective of any potential winnings. Alternatively, Fatbet may limit the stake size without prior notification to ensure compliance with the credit limit or deposit.

13.1.3. The acceptance of a bet by Fatbet beyond the credit or deposit limit shall not constitute a waiver of its rights:

13.1.3.1. To collect from the Customer all amounts (including losses) arising from such a bet.

13.1.3.2. To enforce the appropriate deposit limits at any later time.

13.1.4. Fatbet shall debit the Customer's account for accepted bets and ongoing betting losses incurred by the Customer.

13.1.5. Fatbet shall credit the Customer's account with winnings and refunds resulting from placed bets.

13.2. No interest will be accrued on any deposits held by Fatbet, and no interest will be payable by the Customer to Fatbet for debit balances or amounts owed.

13.3. In the event that the Customer is in a net winning position, Fatbet will settle the Customer's account periodically as follows: payments will be made daily (Monday to Friday) or on the next business day if Monday is not a business day. Payments will be transferred electronically to the bank account specified by the Customer in the application form or subsequent written notice to Fatbet. Payments can take up to 30 days to process. The Customer acknowledges that a clearance period may be required before the funds are available for use.

13.4. On each Monday following a trading week or on the next business day if Monday is not a business day, the Customer shall pay to Fatbet any amounts owed arising from the Customer's bets. Such payments can be made by:

13.4.1. Depositing the appropriate amount directly into Fatbet's bank account. In this case:

13.4.1.1. The Customer's account number must be clearly indicated on the deposit.

13.4.1.2. The Customer must retain a copy of the deposit slip to assist in resolving any disputes.

13.4.1.3. Requesting a direct payment from the Customer's credit card company through Fatbet.

13.5. Fatbet:

13.5.1. N Fatbet shall not be liable to the Customer if the Customer's credit card company or bank refuses to honor the Customer's deposit or credit card transaction. Disputes between the Customer and the bank and/or credit card company will not exempt the Customer from their liability to Fatbet for payment, nor will the Customer be entitled to instruct Fatbet to reverse a payment already made to the Customer's bank/credit card company.

13.5.1.1. Fatbet shall not be responsible for any failure, malfunction, fraud, unauthorised use of the credit cards or delay of any electronic funds transfer unit, credit card processing machine, or its supporting or sharing network, resulting from circumstances beyond Fatbet's control. Fatbet will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of such occurrences. Fatbet shall also not be responsible for any unauthorised use of a players bank account to transfer funds into the player's bank account.

13.5.1.2. Furthermore, Fatbet will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to unauthorized access to data or incorrect information supplied through an electronic funds transfer unit, credit card processing machine, or its supporting or sharing network.

13.5.2. The Customer may, at their discretion, restore or add to any diminished cash deposit resulting from a settlement.

13.5.3. The Customer must place a bet with Fatbet within 14 (fourteen) days after making a cash deposit. Failure to do so may entitle Fatbet to return the cash deposit to the Customer, subject to a 6% administration fee.

13.5.4. In the event of the suspension or termination of the Customer's account, Fatbet is entitled to consolidate all amounts owed by the Customer to Fatbet (even if multiple accounts have been opened) as a result of the use of the Customer's account. Fatbet may debit these amounts from one or more of the Customer's accounts with Fatbet and demand payment without affecting any existing amounts owed. Such consolidation will not affect Fatbet's right to demand any amount not included in the consolidation.

13.5.5. Fatbet may adjust or cancel the Customer's credit limit at its discretion and at any time.

13.5.6. Fatbet will provide the Customer with a statement of account for their account upon request, delivered via post or email. Non-receipt of a statement does not entitle the Customer to withhold any payment to Fatbet.

13.5.7. Fatbet is entitled to set-off any amount(s) due by the Customer against funds held in any of the Customer's accounts with Fatbet or to utilize any security held by Fatbet, using the proceeds to settle any amounts owed by the Customer to Fatbet.

13.5.8. Fatbet may, at its own discretion and from time to time, determine how payments made by the Customer to Fatbet will be allocated to amounts owed.

13.5.9. A certificate signed by any director, manager, assistant manager, trader, or accountant of Fatbet (whose appointment does not need to be proven) stating the Customer's indebtedness to Fatbet will be considered prima facie evidence of such indebtedness.

13.5.10. If the Customer is in arrears for any amount owed to Fatbet, such amount will accrue interest at the prevailing prime overdraft rate, calculated daily and compounded monthly in arrears.

13.5.11. All taxes and/or levies will be paid to the South African Gambling Board.

13.5.12. If funds are incorrectly credited to a customer's account, the customer must promptly notify Fatbet of the error. Unless otherwise instructed by Fatbet, any transactions resulting from the error will be void.

13.5.13. Credit card deposits can only be made by the cardholder whose name matches the name on the credit card and the Fatbet betting account, unless verbally agreed on a recorded telephone line.

13.5.14. Fatbet reserves the right to charge a 5% administration fee on amounts deposited by credit card.

13.5.15. Once a payment is committed via a credit card to Fatbet, the Fatbet account holder is personally liable for any outstanding monies/payments on the credit card until the payment for the transaction is banked into Fatbet's bank account.

13.5.16 A 6% transaction fee will be deducted of winning on certain amounts and EFT withdrawal requests. By placing a bet you accept the TCC's. Limits may be applicable on your winnings.

13.6. Maximum payout on AGT games are set at R500,000.00 subject to the daily, weekly and monthly as stated above in 13.7 Change of bank account details must be requested 24 hours before a withdrawal is requested. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that Fatbet is notified timeously of any change to bank account details. Fatbet will not be liable for any withdrawal requests transferred to the wrong bank account.

14. Licensing

15. Eligibility to Bet

15.1. To be eligible to place bets and enforce any related debts, the following conditions must be met:

15.1.1. The individual must be a natural person; companies, close corporations, and partnerships are excluded from participation.

15.1.2. The individual must be at least 18 years old.

15.1.3. The individual must complete the registration form, accept Fatbet's terms and conditions, and be accepted as a customer by fatbet.casino.

15.1.4. The individual must not be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

15.1.5. The individual must undergo the necessary verification for FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) purposes before requesting a withdrawal.

16. FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act)

16.1. According to FICA regulations, Fatbet is required to identify and validate all customers who open an account or place bets of a specific value. Therefore, you may be asked to provide supporting documents to verify your identity and residence before or during the betting process.

16.2. By completing the registration or new application form, the Customer acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions, as well as all associated rules related to betting offered by Fatbet. This agreement is concluded based on these Terms, allowing Fatbet to provide betting services to the customer. The application will be considered granted and accepted by Fatbet upon notification to the Customer or acceptance of a bet subsequent to receiving the completed new account form.

16.3. The Customer guarantees that all information provided in the new account form is accurate and will remain so. The Customer agrees to promptly notify Fatbet in writing of any matters that may affect the approved application, creditworthiness, legal capacity, or eligibility as a customer.

16.4. Fatbet reserves the right to accept or decline a person as a new customer or to cease accepting bets from a Customer at its sole discretion, without being obliged to disclose the reason. In such cases, any credit in the Customer's account maybe refunded at the discretion of the company.

16.5. Fatbet accepts shall not be liable for unauthorised access to a player's account or misuse of the players account. The player accepts the responsibility to inform Fatbet of any unauthorised use of any accounts in writing. In such instances, Fatbet shall not accept any liability for unauthorised access to a player's account and the misuse of funds in the player's account

17. Accounts

17.1. The Customer is solely responsible for the security and proper use of their account details and other relevant information required to place bets. The Customer agrees not to allow any person, directly or indirectly, to use their dedicated account reference number/name or personal identification number provided by Fatbet. Fatbet will not be liable to pay out any winnings resulting from such unauthorized bets. The Customer indemnifies Fatbet against any claims, losses, or damages arising from such bets.

17.2. The Customer agrees to immediately notify Fatbet if their account information is lost, stolen, misappropriated, or used by someone other than the Customer. The Customer will be held liable for all bets placed and payments made on their account prior to notification, in accordance with this clause.

17.3. Fatbet does not take responsibility for any incorrect details entered by the user during registration. Please ensure that all correct information is entered and correct FICA documents uploaded.

17.4. A customer confirms that at the time of registration, he/she has not registered during a self excluded period or been banned from any gambling platform/casino. Should a customer register on the platform during a self excluded period or during the period during which he/she has been banned, the customer cannot put forward any claims against REVOLUTION 39 t/a Fatbet or take any legal action against REVOLUTION 39 t/a Fatbet.

17.5. Multiple Accounts

17.5.1. Each player is permitted to have only one account with Fatbet. Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same name, identity, or household is strictly prohibited.

17.5.2. If Fatbet detects that a player has created more than one account, the additional accounts may be suspended or closed, and any winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

17.5.3. Any attempt to circumvent this rule, including but not limited to using different email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses, will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

17.5.4. If a player requires a change of account details (e.g., email or banking details), they must contact customer support for approval before making any changes.

17.5.5. Fatbet reserves the right to freeze or terminate accounts suspected of violating this policy, pending further investigation.

18. Fraudulent Activity

18.1. By accepting Fatbet's Terms and Conditions during registration, customers acknowledge that we reserve the right to conduct fraud checks on their profiles at our discretion.

18.2. In case of suspected fraudulent activity related to an account or bet, Fatbet reserves the right to suspend the account and the processing of any transactions until it is satisfied with the legality of the transactions. Fatbet will report any fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities, and individuals attempting fraud will be prosecuted. Any bets placed fraudulently with Fatbet will be void.

18.3. Fatbet accepts no liability for fraudulent accounts. A thorough investigation will be conducted for all lodged queries. Players must provide Fatbet with all requested relevant documentation to facilitate the investigation. If the player fails to provide the necessary documentation, Fatbet will be unable to proceed with the investigation, and the player will not be able to lodge any claims against Fatbet.

19. Account Audit Policy

REVOLUTION 39 (Pty) Ltd t/a Fatbet continuously monitors accounts for activity in line with our Terms and Conditions. If our system detects any irregular or suspicious behaviour, the relevant account will be temporarily suspended while a comprehensive audit is carried out.

The audit process may take up to seven (7) working days, depending on the complexity and nature of the findings. The account holder will receive a detailed update once the audit is complete.

If the audit confirms a breach of our Terms and Conditions, Fatbet reserves the right to:

• Permanently deactivate the account
• Forfeit any remaining funds
• Optionally refund the most recent deposit, at our sole discretion

Additionally, we reserve the right to deactivate any account that is found to be associated with:

• Duplicate accounts
• Shared or duplicated IP addresses
• Repeated use of identical device/browser fingerprints

We take the integrity of our platform seriously and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

20. Privacy Policy

20.1. The Customer consents to checks being made against appropriate third-party databases to verify identity, personal details and/or credit card information, and/or any other information supplied by the Customer in respect of which Fatbet deems it necessary to procure independent verification. The parties with which Fatbet contracts for the verification of information may keep records of all data requests and data submitted to them by Fatbet.

20.2. The Customer acknowledges that Fatbet may be legally required to, and in such cases shall disclose to any governmental bodies or regulatory agencies, information pertaining to the identity and personal particulars of the Customer, betting account of the Customer and the activity on such account.

20.3. Fatbet complies with all applicable privacy legislation. Please read our Privacy Policy and note that the Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If you do not accept any part of our Privacy Policy, you should discontinue your use of the Website and our Services.

21. Refund Policy

To prevent bonus abuse, players will not be eligible for a bonus if multiple accounts are detected using any of the following details:

• IP Address (Same internet connection or location used by multiple accounts)
• Password (Same password linked to multiple accounts)
• Email Address (Same email used for different accounts)
• Payment ID (Same payment details across multiple accounts)
• Last Login IP (Same login location used by different accounts)
• Bank Account (IBAN) (Same bank details used for multiple accounts)
• Phone Number (Same phone number linked to different accounts)
• Full Name + Address (Same personal details registered across different accounts)
• CPF (Tax Identification Number) (Same CPF linked to multiple accounts)
• Full Name + Date of Birth (Same person attempting to claim multiple bonuses) If any of the above conditions match, the bonus will not be granted to the user.

25.2. Bonus Restrictions and Wagering Conditions Who Can Receive Bonuses?
