To register on the site, click the “Registration” button in the upper right corner and select the method convenient for you: by email, by phone or via Telegram. Open the login window to your personal account and select the “Forgot your password?” option. Enter your email or phone number that was used when registering your account. Enter the code from the email or SMS in the window that appears. Create and confirm a new password.

It is prohibited to fill out a profile using an existing first name, last name and date of birth. An attempt to fill out your profile with such data is considered by the administration as a violation of the rules, and the user account will be blocked.

If you meet the wagering requirements, there is no withdrawal fee. However, if you deposit money and immediately request a withdrawal without playing, a 30% fee will apply. This measure helps prevent fraudulent activities.

To withdraw funds from your bonus account, follow these guidelines:

Adjustable bonuses are funds that can be used in certain games to meet the wagering requirements of a promotion. However, using them reduces the final winnings from the promotion.

Example:

• You activated a promotion wagering stage and received 100 adjustable bonuses on your balance. Once the conditions (e.g., a x20 wager and a $2000 wagering requirement) are met, these bonuses can be converted into real money.

• During wagering, funds are deducted first from the real balance, then from the bonus balance.

• If you spend, for example, 2 bonus units, the final winnings from the promotion will decrease and amount to 98 bonus units.

Fixed bonuses
Fixed bonuses are funds locked in the account until the promotion requirements are met. These bonuses cannot be used in games for wagering but are converted into real money once the requirements are fulfilled.

In summary:

• Adjustable bonuses can be used, but this affects the final winnings.

• Fixed bonuses cannot be spent until the requirements are met, but they retain their full value until conversion.

It depends on the type of bonuses on your account:

• Fixed bonuses:
  You cannot play with these. These bonuses are locked until the promotion conditions are met and will be converted into real money after wagering.

• Adjustable bonuses:
  These bonuses can be used in games. They are transferred into the selected game along with your real balance and participate in the wagering process.

A wagering requirement in online casinos is a multiplier that indicates how many times a player must wager to meet the conditions for a bonus and withdraw the funds. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x, you need to wager a total amount 30 times the bonus size. Suppose you received 50 free spins and won $2,000.
